How does voice-to-report work?
Tap the mic button and speak your daily report naturally — "Two operators, three laborers, placed 180 CY of concrete on the north pad, weather was clear, no issues." Gradelog's AI (Claude) structures your words into the correct report fields: crew present, work performed, weather, and notes. The whole process takes under 30 seconds.
What languages does voice reporting support?
Gradelog supports English (en-US) and Spanish (es-US, es-MX) for voice reporting. The language switcher in the app controls which language the speech recognition listens for.
What fields does a daily report include?
Daily reports include: report date, weather conditions, crew present, equipment on site, work performed, materials used, issues and delays, visitors on site, superintendent name, temperature, and general notes. All fields are optional — fill what is relevant for each day.
Can I share daily reports with my GC or inspector?
Yes. Daily reports can be exported as PDFs and shared via the shareable report link feature (Field Supervisor+ plan). The recipient can view and download the report without a Gradelog account.
