What certifications does Gradelog track?
Gradelog tracks any certification you define — OSHA 10/30, first aid/CPR, forklift operator, excavator operator, flagger, confined space, and project-specific certs. You define the cert type, required role, and expiration interval.
How do training sign-offs work?
For group training sessions and toolbox talks, you start the event in Gradelog and crew members digitally sign off attendance from their own phone or the supervisor's device. Signatures are timestamped and stored with the training record.
Does Gradelog work for NAVFAC or military training requirements?
Yes. Military and government projects often have specific training requirements (EM-385-1-1, site-specific safety plans). Gradelog tracks these as custom cert types with project-specific completion requirements.
Can I track sub-contractor crew certifications?
Yes. Sub-contractor employees can be logged with their certifications, even without full Gradelog accounts. Their training compliance is tracked alongside your own crew for joint inspections and pre-task planning.
