Common questions
Does my inspector need a Gradelog account to view a report?
No. You share a link — your inspector, GC, or owner can view the report and download the PDF without creating an account. They can also approve or reject the report directly from the link.
Which report types require the Enterprise plan?
FAA Airport Grade Reports (compliant with AC 150/5370-10) and UFC Government QC Reports require the Enterprise plan. Grade Verification, Daily Field, Sewer As-Built, Pad Certification, and Compaction reports are available on lower plans.
Can I brand reports with my company logo?
Yes. Enterprise plan includes white-label branding — upload your company logo, set your brand color, and all reports carry your company identity instead of Gradelog branding.
How does the inspector approval workflow work?
Share the report link with your inspector. They open it, review the shot data and PDF, then click Approve or Reject. Their decision is logged with a timestamp. If they reject, you see the reason and can address it before resharing.
