Seven inspector-ready report types. One click. Share a link — your GC or inspector views, downloads, and approves without a Gradelog account.

Shot-by-shot elevation table, design vs as-built, deviation column, pass/fail summary. The standard deliverable for any grading job.
Manhole-to-manhole runs, invert elevations, pipe grades, depth of cover — formatted for city acceptance and DOT submittals.
Lot-by-lot pad elevations, drainage direction, soil type, compaction percentage — PE-ready output for residential and commercial pads.
Nuclear gauge test logs, Proctor reference, pass/fail by lift and station — formatted to AASHTO and ASTM standards.
Structured daily log: crew, weather, equipment, work performed, issues, materials. Timestamped and tied to the job.
Grade verification formatted to FAA AC 150/5370-10 requirements — 50-foot station intervals, QC documentation for CDA and airport authority submittals.
Unified Facilities Criteria compliant quality control documentation for military and federal construction projects.
Log grade shots, compaction tests, daily reports, or pad certs as you work. All data ties to the job automatically.
Go to the Reports tab on your job. Choose the report type that matches what your inspector or owner needs.
Gradelog assembles the report from your field data. Review the PDF preview before sharing.
Copy the share link and send it to your GC, inspector, or owner. They view it and can approve or reject — no account needed.
Grade Verification and Pad Certification reports delivered to the inspector the same day the work is done — no office turnaround.
Sewer As-Built reports formatted for city acceptance. Share the link before you even leave the site.
As-driven pile reports delivered to the EPC for sign-off. FAA Airport reports for airfield paving projects on Enterprise.
No. You share a link — your inspector, GC, or owner can view the report and download the PDF without creating an account. They can also approve or reject the report directly from the link.
FAA Airport Grade Reports (compliant with AC 150/5370-10) and UFC Government QC Reports require the Enterprise plan. Grade Verification, Daily Field, Sewer As-Built, Pad Certification, and Compaction reports are available on lower plans.
Yes. Enterprise plan includes white-label branding — upload your company logo, set your brand color, and all reports carry your company identity instead of Gradelog branding.
Share the report link with your inspector. They open it, review the shot data and PDF, then click Approve or Reject. Their decision is logged with a timestamp. If they reject, you see the reason and can address it before resharing.
