1. Gradelog
The field-side complement to AGTEKBest for: Crews that have takeoff covered but no defensible field record
Gradelog picks up where the model stops. Grade shots log against design elevations with instant pass/fail; compaction tests record against the Proctor; sewer inverts are documented as built; material tickets are OCR-scanned; daily production tallies against bid quantities. As-built, certification, and daily report PDFs generate straight from field data.
It imports CSV shot data from Topcon, Trimble, Leica, and Spectra data collectors, works offline, and starts free — so it slots in beside AGTEK without a procurement project.
Strengths
- Grade shots compared against design elevation with instant pass/fail
- Sewer and utility invert documentation with as-built PDFs
- Compaction test logs with Proctor references
- Daily production tracked against bid quantities
- Daily reports, photos, and material ticket OCR in the same job record
- Cost-coded timecards with regular/OT hours and an approval workflow
- Offline-first mobile — works in a pit with no signal
- 83 free construction calculators (no account required)
- Free plan; paid plans from $29/month, cancel anytime, data never deleted
Trade-offs
- Not a takeoff tool — no cut/fill volumes, surfaces, or mass haul modeling
- Complements AGTEK rather than replacing it
