What types of QC inspections does Gradelog support?
Gradelog supports pre-pour (concrete), pre-backfill (utility and earthwork), subgrade verification, rough grade, finish grade, structural, and final inspection types. You can also create custom inspection types with configurable checklist items.
Can I use Gradelog QC inspections on government and DOT projects?
Yes. The QC inspection module produces documentation compatible with NAVFAC, USACE, and state DOT three-phase inspection requirements. Failed items generate NCR-format corrective action records.
How are failed inspection items handled?
Each failed item auto-generates a corrective action assigned to the responsible party with a due date. The corrective action must be resolved and a re-inspection completed before the inspection record can be closed.
Can outside inspectors or engineers access inspection records?
Yes. Share a link to the inspection record. The inspector or engineer can review results, view photos, and download the PDF without a Gradelog account.
