Gradelog tracks grading permits, building permits, encroachment permits, NPDES/CGP stormwater permits, SWPPP permits, environmental permits, and any other permit issued for your project. You define the permit type when logging.
How do permit expiration alerts work?
You set the expiration date when logging the permit. Gradelog sends in-app and email reminders at 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, and 3 days before expiration — so you have time to renew before the permit lapses.
Can I log required permit inspections and their results?
Yes. Each permit can have a list of required inspections with scheduled dates. When an inspection happens, log the result, inspector name, and any conditions. Pass/fail history is maintained per permit.
