UFC-compliant compaction test documentation for USACE and NAVFAC military construction projects. Nuclear gauge test logs with GPS coordinates and COTR-ready report submittals.

UFC military construction projects typically reference AASHTO T-99 (standard Proctor) or AASHTO T-180 (modified Proctor) for compaction density standards. UFC 3-250-01 (Roads and Airfields) requires 95-100% of maximum dry density for structural fills and subgrade, depending on the application. Some USACE projects specify ASTM D698 or D1557 equivalents. Gradelog lets you configure the test method and required percentage per contract.
A USACE compaction QC report includes: contract number, installation name, QC manager name, date, specification reference, Proctor test report number, material type, layer and station tested, test results (dry density, moisture content, percent compaction), pass/fail status, and the technician's name. GPS coordinates for each test location are also required for spatial verification. Gradelog's Compaction Test Report template includes all of these fields.
The basic Compaction Test Report is available on the Field Supervisor plan and above. The UFC Government QC Report format with contract number, installation name, and COTR submittal formatting requires the Enterprise plan. Enterprise includes all report types, white-label branding for federal submittals, and unlimited jobs.
